Site Professional FAQ

Common questions about the mock inspection, consulting hours and what is included in the Site Professional package.

The mock inspection is conducted remotely by a EUCRIT expert and simulates a regulatory authority or sponsor qualification visit. Your site’s documentation, processes, staff competency evidence and GCP compliance are reviewed systematically. At the end, you receive a detailed written findings report with prioritized gaps and specific recommendations to address before a real inspection.

The consulting hours are flexible and can be used for clinical research operational needs such as SOP customization or updates, preparation for a sponsor qualification visit, regulatory question resolution, protocol deviation management, informed consent process review, or other site-level challenges. Sessions can be booked through the EUCRIT platform.

Unlike the standard certification course, the site-specific training is a 2-hour live session with a EUCRIT expert, tailored to your site’s actual workflows, protocols and team. Before the session, EUCRIT will ask about your site’s focus areas, active trials and any specific compliance challenges to ensure the training is directly relevant to your team.

Yes. A follow-up inspection assessment can be arranged if your site has undergone significant changes, is preparing for a major regulatory inspection, or wants to verify that previously identified gaps have been closed.
