If you are a Consumer and have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible EUCRIT contract, you may use this function to submit your withdrawal online. You do not need to give a reason.

This form submits a withdrawal declaration, not a request for approval.
If you only want to stop a future Master renewal, use the cancellation option in your account instead. You may also exercise a statutory right of withdrawal by sending an unequivocal statement to [email protected].
